We had become used to dealing with a Substantial Raise in our Flood Premium Rate every year, even though we had never come close to having a flood in our locale. Thank you so much. I used to pay $591 a year in flood insurance. After your thorough review, I received the LOMA and my flood insurance immediately dropped to a little over $321. I discussed the findings with my agent and found that since I no longer require coverage, I can still get flood insurance but at an even lower rate. I will be receiving another refund soon!
