FRSpecialists provides a Life-of-Loan Service that includes monitoring and reporting of all changes in the flood hazard status of loans, whether they are the result of formal Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) revisions issued by FEMA, or from the release of a Letter of Map Revision or Amendment (LOMR/LOMA).
Revised flood information will be provided to you for all affected loans no later than 60 days after the occurrence of the event that caused the flood hazard information to change. This event is typically the issuance of a revised FIRM.Existing and Acquired Loans
FRSpecialists tracks the flood status of existing and acquired loans to keep you in compliance with all government and investor regulations. Each time a flood map changes, we will notify you and provide all necessary information. Complete loan portfolio audits are also available. With either service, FRSpecialists will provide the required flood data, either electronically or otherwise, to the insurance provider chosen by you to track flood insurance and force place policies.
Turnaround Time and Accuracy for Flood Zone Determinations
